Only needed during the ceremony/reception.

We want to place this close enough to see all the action but wide enough to capture the space.

Check with the photographer to make sure your Bcam won’t be in their shot.

Indoor wedding ceremony in a rustic venue with large windows, wooden chairs, and string lights. The bride and groom are facing each other surrounded by the wedding party and guests are seated watching the ceremony.

Ceremony:

I place the Bcam off to the side or in a balcony so it doesn’t capture me when I’m in the center aisle.

If I have to pick a side, I always favor the side that sees the bride.

I also try to capture at least 1 or 2 rows of guests.

People dancing at a wedding in a spacious, rustic event hall with a live band and brick walls.

Reception:

During dancing, we want the Bcam wide enough to see the full bodies of the dancers.

During speeches, we want the Bcam to capture both the speaker and the couple.
