External Audio

External audio is needed during the ceremony/reception.

The Bcam should be recording so it’s okay to walk over to the DJ booth and make sure the audio levels are not peaking.

Ceremony:

Please mic up the groom and officiant/DJ booth.

If you have an extra lav mic, please mic up the lecturn as well.

Reception:

Hooking a sound recorder into the DJ booth is sufficient for reception sound.

Always, ask the DJ first to make sure it’s ok.

Generally, they’ll ask for you to have an XLR, RCA, or 1/4 inch (TRS) cable.
